Orders and Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Creating an account is simple!
Click on the “Sign Up” or “My Account” button at the top of our website.
Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and you’re ready to go!
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sailnovo.net with your order number and the updated address. If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, we’re unable to change the address.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your Sailnovo account to view your order status at any time.
No, for your privacy and security, we do not store credit card information. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Sales tax is applied where required by law and will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. To check if we ship to your location, please proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us at contact@sailnovo.net for more information.
Depending on the availability and size of your items, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment if that’s the case.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most new, unused items in their original packaging. Please visit our Refund and Returns Policy page for full details, or contact us at contact@sailnovo.net to initiate a return.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience! Please email contact@sailnovo.net with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sailnovo.net. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or process a refund.
After your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions via email. Please do not send any items back without prior authorization.

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@sailnovo.net. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we cannot change the address.
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us at contact@sailnovo.net within a few hours of placing your order, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Some products may become available for pre-order. If an item is currently out of stock, please check the product page or contact us at contact@sailnovo.net to inquire about availability or upcoming restocks.
